Algebra Seminar
The seminar of the Algebra Research Unit
is a combination of
- WAS, the Wiener Algebra Seminar, with talks of invited speakers,
often from other universities (usually 45-60 minutes)
- the Research Seminar of our group, with more specialized talks on current
research or open questions, usually 60-90 minutes.
- Talks by students, who present the topic and/or results of their bachelor's or master's thesis; these talks last usually 30-90 minutes.

the Announcement
in TU Wien's Catalog of Classes.)
Please write us
if you want to be on our mailing list. (Or, as the case may be, if you want to be removed from the list.)
During the spring semester 2015 we will
usually meet on Fridays at 10:00
in the "Dissertantenraum", which is
in the green zone on the 8th floor of the "Freihaus Building"
(Wiedner Hauptstrasse 8-10, 1040 Wien).
Talks last between 45 and 90 minutes,
and are given in German or English, depending on the audience and the speaker.
